Jennie is a good Virtual Assistant who prides herself in doing her job effectively. She is great at asking the right questions, ensuring that the work is done to the requirement of the client. She is extremely organised and needs little direction, ensuring she meets the deadlines set. If further information is needed she always follows this up with you and is just a pleasant person to work with. I would recommend Jennie if you need a helping hand at a wide variety of administrative tasks or even just need someone to help set up a system for you to organise yourself. She would be ace!

Jennie joined us as holiday cover for two weeks and settled into the company extremely well. She picked up the systems and products very quickly, offering to help in all aspects of the business. After the holiday cover was completed, we felt that Jennie’s skills were invaluable and she continues to assists us wherever needed. This includes matching sales invoices, inputting invoices, email management and process development. We are pleased to have Jennie on board and hope we can continue working together.

Jennie works as our Church Administrator.  She deals with room bookings which involves meeting with people to show them around the premises and dealing with all the paperwork and invoicing for each booking.  She also produces our Church Magazine and prepares and circulates rotas for various sections of the Church.  As Church Secretary I work closely with Jennie and she is always very willing to do whatever job we ask of her.  She is a pleasure to work with and always presents herself in a friendly and efficient manner.

As a Church, I don’t know what we would do without her!
