Admin Support

Here at JLC Admin Solutions we aim to support our clients who are overloaded with the paperwork and admin that comes from running a business. Through an initial FREE consultation we can expertly ascertain which areas of the business needs that helping hand.

An individual package will be built hand in hand with you, whether this is for adhoc holiday cover, a block of hours or ongoing support.

Current tasks include but are not limited to:

• Client correspondence (letters/e-mails)

Jennie works as our Church Administrator.  She deals with room bookings which involves meeting with people to show them around the premises and dealing with all the paperwork and invoicing for each booking.  She also produces our Church Magazine and prepares and circulates rotas for various sections of the Church.  As Church Secretary I work closely with Jennie and she is always very willing to do whatever job we ask of her.  She is a pleasure to work with and always presents herself in a friendly and efficient manner.

As a Church, I don’t know what we would do without her!
